Yukishio (means snow salt) is a salt from Miyako Island in Okinawa. Yukishio is certified as “The salt which contains the most variety of minerals in the world” on August 2000 by the Guinness World Records ! This salt is a healthy food from Okinawa Island. In "2006 Mondial selections" (Belgium), competitive show of international food, the Yukishio won a gold medal. The texture of this salt is very particular. Its name of «snow salt» comes from its resemblance with icing sugar and its lightness: a teaspoon weigh 5g (a normal salt would weigh 17g).
The ocean water used for the Yuki Shio salt is more than 2000 km away from Fukushima and Laboratory measurements have shown no radioactivity readings.
About 3 times more normal salt is necessary to obtain the same salting power: using Yukishio is both more economical and healthy.

It is maybe too soft to use with dishes needing a strong salty taste, but it can bring a deep flavor to any ingredient. This is made from Snow Salt bleneded in structured water. Then I preformed the John Hudson method by adding Organic Dolomite and swinging the PH. Then after washing it 7 times and drying it out, it is now a fine off white Ormus powder.
The White Powder of Gold is a multitude of things. It is in essence, the Elixir of Life.
